The mission of Calence?s Network Solutions Infrastructure practice is to help clients accelerate business performance by architecting, deploying and optimizing their network infrastructure.  As part of practice, you will help clients with the full lifecycle of network infrastructure, from architecture through operations.

?Work with clients to identify business and technical networking requirements
?Design high-availability local area and campus network infrastructures
?Build scalable wide area and metropolitan area networks
?Design Internet connectivity and secure web complexes
?Deploy network infrastructure based on the latest advanced technologies and methodologies
?Test network connectivity to ensure it is functioning as designed
?Develop network architectures, designs and operational ?run books?
?Design and deploy network management systems
?Support the transition of networking solutions to network operations organization
?Provide knowledge transfer to client personnel and attend administrative meetings
?Manage project plans and supervise project personnel
?Aggressively seek to develop business, technology and project management skills

?Three plus years of internetworking experience required
?Bachelor degree in business, computer sciences, or a related technical degree from an accredited institution or equivalent work experience
?Prefer CCNP or equivalent skills
?Outstanding oral and written communication skills
?Strong analytical and structured problem solving skills
?Demonstrated history of delivering results
?Direct experience designing and implementing internetworking technologies (e.g., routing/switching, wireless, IP Services, QoS, WAN protocols)
?Working knowledge of firewall policies, VPNs, and network operating systems a plus
?Desire for growth in technical skills through certifications (e.g., CCIE, CISSP, MCSE) or other similar achievements
