Staffing Branch Manager - Henderson

Kelly Services – a Fortune 500 company and the innovators of the staffing industry currently has an immediate opening for a Staffing Branch Manager in Henderson. Focus on LID business and staff management.

JOB SUMMARY:
Provide leadership for branch staff and client site locations to optimize service to the client in a high quality, cost-effective manner. Focus on achieving financial goals through recruiting, interviewing, hiring and placing temporary employees. Will be responsible for hiring staff, recruiters and temporary employees as well as manage their performance.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. SALES - SALES - SALES.  The Henderson Branch has a LID focus of business.  The primary responisbility of this Branch Manager would be to develop additional clients through Infuential Selling techniques as well as manage an operating statment to continue profit growth. 

 

2.  Oversee, as well as perform, the interviewing, hiring and placing of temporary employees. Identify qualified temporary employees through recruiting and interviewing activities to create an inventory sufficient to meet current and future client demand.  Branch manager will be responsible for developing new recruiting sources as well as creating new recruiting programs. 


3. Fill and service client orders. Maximize use of Kelly’s technology to ensure optimum, cost-effective, timely and high quality results. Provide adequate oversight, training and leadership to ensure employees and on-site coordinators reach potential. Design and implement a team-results oriented culture in the site, reinforcing collective results over individual results.


4. Support the Operations Manager, District Manager, Regional Manager and Division Vice President to ensure that financial goals and objectives are met or exceeded while ensuring full compliance on all Kelly policies and procedures. Provide accurate, timely and complete daily performance analyses.


5. Ensure high quality of standards by conducting activities and maintaining systems that secure Kelly’s position as provider of the highest quality service to customers. Maintain compliance with ISO policies and procedures. Provide direction to employees and on-site coordinators as well as make judgments to preserve and enhance the customer’s level of satisfaction.


6. Coordinate and consult with management team to better understand client’s needs, maximize level of service, encourage relationship building, provide cost effective service solutions to customer demands and strategize on ways to achieve and exceed Kelly’s financial goals and objectives.


7. Oversee the management of all systems, facilities and equipment. Ensure equipment is kept in working order, replaced or repaired when required and that facilities reflect the highest professional standards.

SECONDARY FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform other duties as assigned.

REPORTS TO: Operations Manager, District Manager and Regional Manager

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
2. Three to five years managerial experience in a service-provider environment required.
3. Prior responsibility for the sales and operational management of at least one million dollars in annual sales.


PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
1. Able to communicate effectively and clearly in writing and orally, both in one-on-one and in group presentation situations.

2. Able to interact and communicate with all levels of staff and management.
3. Must have working knowledge of labor and employment laws.
4. Must be able to set own priorities, schedule daily events, make cold calls, prepare and give formal presentations.
5. Able to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines while handling multiple problems simultaneously.
6. Must have excellent problem solving, organizational, interpersonal and motivational skills.
7. Able to continuously improve processes and procedures.
