State&local Pm/strat Lead

Consultants work to support State and Local engagement activities on projects in the Supply Chain Management Service of IBM Business Consulting Services. Work will be performed for the State of California in Sacramento.
Prefer the person to live in either Sacramento or Los Angeles, California.Preferred skills: Prefer someone with a Public Sector background. PMI certification, experience with large, complex application integrations,
client relationship development, strong facilitation skills, change management and/or experience with business process re-engineering are preferred. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex or national origin. This position requires a four year college degree and/or equivalent experience. Major Field of Study: Operations Analytics, Logistics, Transportation or related field. Project Management experience is required.
