Strategic Planning Manager
This position will work for the Director of corporate strategy that owns and manages the strategy and operational components of the SmartGrowth framework.
1- Provide input into the development and on-going maintenance of the corporate SmartGrowth Framework (market-based strategic framework and planning process) including contributing to the three year plan
2- Work closely with network, marketing, field sales, finance and Sales planning to refine and implement the SmartGrowth strategy
3- Work closely with all functions to develop and implement the planning process
4- Develop market models that provide input into the three year and annual planning process
5- Create monthly and or quarterly reporting and analysis on SmartGrowth progress
6- Contribute to the development and analysis of market level strategies
7- Perform ad hoc strategic analysis as needed, such as: scenario planning; industry and competitive analysis; financial modeling and analysis; valuation; performance assessment and measurement; operations and process analysis; benchmarking; portfolio management; segmentation; and customer, product, and channel profitability.

Minimum Qualifications (Job related skills, experience, and education):
MBA preferred. Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in the wireless/wireline communications industry. Experience with financial and operational modeling, market analysis, customer segmentation, profitability analyses, scenario planning, competitive strategy formulation, regulatory support, and primary and secondary market research approaches.  Strong operational and financial modeling skills. Ability to present to executive team.  Experience with overall corporate strategy development. Strong interpersonal, communication, facilitation and problem solving skills.
