Senior Managers contribute to the growth our Life Sciences practice by performing in the following
ways:

??Engagement Management:? managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
??Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
??Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
??People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

As a Senior Manager in Life Sciences Clinical Trials segment you must have
experience with a consulting firm,
CRO organization or industry equivalent.
Industry domain knowledge and expertise in either Pharmaceutical, biotech or medical
device industries is required.? Qualifications/ Requirements: Minimum of 10 or more
years experience in the implementation of clinical trials and related studies, including;
health economic studies, market research, pricing and reimbursement studies. Knowledge
of FDA, HPB, and/ international regulatory requirements and ICH guidelines required.
Interested candidates will possess a degree in business or related and have 10 or more years of consulting or pharmaceutical, biotech or the medical device industry. Advanced degrees, MBA or related, out of strong academic institutions are strongly preferred.? Candidates will have direct experience in overseeing projects related to product development and portfolio management, and have a broad exposure to related strategy development and strategic planning in the products area.? Ideal candidates will have business
development experience selling consulting services to the Life Sciences industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
