Senior Managers contribute to the growth our Life Sciences practice by performing in the following
ways:
?
??Engagement Management:? managing engagement risk, project economics including planning and budgeting, managing accounts receivable, defines deliverable content, ensures buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client.
??Business Development: develops and maintains contact with top decision makers at key clients, organizes and leads pursuit teams, participating and leading aspects of the proposal development process, contributes to proposal pricing strategy.
??Practice Development & Eminence: development of solutions and methodologies, development of "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents, public speaking and publication in industry periodicals.
??People Development: performs role of counselor and coach, provides input and guidance into the firms staffing process, and actively participates in staff recruitment and retention activities.

Will work with senior level client executives on merger and acquisitions, licensing, partner and alliance
strategies; channel strategy development and implementation;? marketing resource management; competitive market analysis; sales force optimization; customer relationship management; technology selection and integration; regulatory compliance and risk management; and intellectual property protection.

Interested candidates will possess a degree in business or related and have 10 or more years of consulting or pharmaceutical, biotech or the medical device industry. Advanced degrees, MBA or related, out of strong academic institutions are strongly preferred.? Candidates will have direct experience in overseeing projects related to customer channel and commercialization strategy development and implementation.? Candidates must have solid track record of success in overseeing high performing teams.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
