Subject Matter Expert

We currently have an opportunity for a Subject Matter Expert to support a customer in Washington, DC.  The program is responsible for providing AV and VTC support for large conference center at the customer site. 

 

Daily responsibilities include Setting up computer presentations; providing AV support to include video taping; first level maintenance of AV equipment; schedules VTCs; coordinates additional maintenance activities; coordinates and tests JWICS VTC connectivity; tracks trouble tickets; makes VIPs comfortable.

 

Required:  5 years experience; knowledge of AV and VTC equipment; knowledge of Crestron, AMX, JWICS, Extron or BDS.  A Top Secret clearance is required.
