Supply Chain/Distribution Analyst - ERP

Today, IFS operates in two areas: lifecycle management, where asset and product lifecycle management are critical issues, and midmarket ERP, which covers distribution and manufacturing in midsize companies.

 

IFS North America currently is seeking an ERP Application Analyst with Supply Chain expereince. This positon is located in MN and would require travel, thus a remote office location would be established.

 Responsible for the overall success of a customer project.  Acts as primary contact for the project. Provides Implementation Management by, Executing projects according to AIM, understanding IFS' contractual commitment and coordinates internal sales hand off, ensures Statement of Work is created, understood and sustained throughout the project by all project stakeholders, Identifies implementation tasks and assigns responsibilities, provides and maintains a detailed schedule of activities, ensures implementation status is communicated to all project stakeholders, Manages project control documents, sets and meets project expectations, identifies areas for improvement and provides quality assurance for implementation, ensures customer understands when contract commitment has been satisfied. Provides Resource Management by, proactively communicates schedules and open issues with customer and IFS resources, assists in resource conflict resolution with IFS and customer resources. Provides Project Budget Management by: monitors and reports actual expenses with project budget to customer's Project Manager, approves invoicing of time for the project. Develop application knowledge, project management skills as well as application administration and reporting skills. Provide application level training and consulting, as needed in particular areas of expertise. Responsible for setting deadlines for assigned projects. He/She should be able to independently make decisions to meet these deadlines.

 

Qualifications Desired:

 

?  Expereince with the implementation of ERP software solutions or business solutions is necessary.?  Proactive organizational skills and vision.

?  Ability to work with company management to identify and remove obstacles that inhibit the delivery of quality products and services.

?  Proven ability to develop and implement strategic business plans.

?  Ability to develop relationships with customer's executive management.

 

Working Conditions:

?  Able to travel by air or car. Travel required is 60-70%.  .
