Survey Administration Analyst - Human Capital Product Solutions

A Survey Administration Analyst performs qualitative and quantitative analysis on both internal and external data-driven projects. To fulfill this role, the Survey Administration Analyst will:Perform duties related to administering compensation and/or benefit surveysAnalyze data for accuracy and completeness and perform statistical analysisAnalyze compensation data to provide interpretation of observations and trends in written report formatConduct research to aid in validating compensation data, writing survey job descriptions, designing data collection tools, and reporting survey findingsCommunicate with clients regarding participation and data validation Conduct several Mercer compensation/benefits surveys Adhere to established standards and procedures in conducting compensation/benefit surveysDesign/update and distribute data collection and report materialsContribute to process documentation and survey tool reviewAttend and participate in external client meetings as required



QualificationBA/BS degree in mathematics, statistics, computer science, business or minimum of two years' experience in benefits, compensation, human resources or related field is preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsStrong PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and database management software a must)Excellent time and project management skillsWorking knowledge of the administration of compensation/benefits programs and/or experience conducting surveys is a plusAbility to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, with colleagues at all levelsAbility to work in a team environment, including virtual teaming
