Systems Business Analyst - Financial Services

Keane’s Greater Boston office has an immediate need for Systems Business Analyst in Marlboro, MA and Merrimack, NH.


We are looking for a strong Senior Systems Analyst to join our team. We work in a fast paced, project driven environment where our management structure is matrix. We are looking for a person that is comfortable with an ever-changing environment to fill our open role. Our Consultant Systems Analysts provide direction and directly participate in the gathering of system requirements, development of system specifications and design, and in application testing for an enhancement/system modification. They are also responsible for Supporting Development Managers and/or Product Support Managers in directing and monitoring the work of team members for project completion.

The right candidate will possess the following:

Requirements Gathering
Functional Spec writing
Strong Interpersonal and Communications skills
Proven ability to coordinate with business and technical community
Systems Documentation skills
Test plans and Test Documentation experience
Project tracking skills
Knowledge of Financial Services
Voice Response systems knowledge
