Team Coordinator

The Team Coordinator is the cornerstone of the account team?s business management.  The coordinator works closely with the Account Manager and is responsible for working with the client, the client?s agencies and with the internal account team?s graphics coordinator, site manager and IS specialist. You will coordinate, update and maintain all the internal operational team functions necessary to successfully support our company?s ongoing relationship with the client.

 

The candidate we are seeking will possess the following skills and attributes:

Education/Experience requirement

1 Minimum of Associates Degree. BA or BS degree preferred but not required.  Equivalent work related experience in lieu of college degree may be considered.

2 Require 4 - 6 years minimum work experience in a Senior/Executive Administration position.

3 Sales Operations or Sales Administration experience may be considered.

4 Require proven ability with MS Office Suite

 

Salary

1 Salary range is between $50K to $60K depending on work experience and educational achievement.  401k. Company paid employee health insurance.  Two weeks paid vacation and paid national holidays. Potential eligibility for annual bonus depending on both individual job and overall company performance
