We currently have a exciting opportunity for an experienced Technical Architect!

 

This positions functions as a senior technical staff member on a technical infrastructure project.  Responsible for requirements refinement, architecture and design, software implementation, and testing.  Also responsible for technical development of junior technical staff members.  Most of the software is developed in Java and J2EE technologies.

 

Will be responsible for participating in planning and design meetings.  Develop software architectures and software products.  Document design and software for both end users and other developers.  Assist team members in personal development.  Aid in the development of procedures and policies at both the local and company level.  Support the development of sales and marketing plans as well as presentations for clients.

 

Requirements: 10+ years of development experience across the entire software development lifecycle. 5+ years Java (or similar) development. 5+ years experience in distributed systems with a leaning towards service oriented architectures.  Excellent architecture skills.  Must have good communication skills including written, verbal, and presentation.Must be able to obtain a Secret Clearance30% travel
