CANDIDATE PROFILE
We are looking for a dynamic and technically savvy recruiter driven by the desire to grow, in his/ her career, in a growing software consulting company. He/ she should have the maturity and communication skills to interface with senior candidates, as well.
RESPONSIBILITIESSourcing candidates, Screening and interviewing them: full life cycle recruiting Resume management, using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
SKILLS REQUIRED3+ years recruiting experience in Software Consulting and IT industry;Working with job boards like Monster, DICE, Hotjobs, etc. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Email, Web) Be able to work under pressure; be organized, handle multiple tasks PLUS: Telecom/ datacom domain experience or buzzword familiarity
