REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrate understanding of technology strategy. Assist in developing thought leadership in technology strategy. Experience using technology to set and enable business goals; business case development, planning execution, determining technical feasibility, cost of strategic options, and strategic possibilities enabled by new technologies. Must have skills in multiple areas including: - IT strategy and planning for complex multi-line businesses. - Analysis of business architecture and strategy for purpose of developing IT-Business alignment strategies and operating models at enterprise and line of business levels. - IT governance in global financial services organization. - IT sourcing including offshore/near shore, utilities models, and vendor management. - Developing effective IT management processes, including those for applications development, IT operations, and asset management.

Experience/Education requirements: - 2-5 years industry and/or business, operations experience. - MBA with major field of study in technology, business and/or organization change strategy consulting, information management or MS Industrial Engineering. - Experience in the Financial Services industries preferred, in positions identifying and addressing strategic and tactical IT issues, as an employee or consultant. - Specific industry background required in securities, banking and/or insurance. - Technical large scale strategy consulting experience. - Governance in global financial services organization. - Cost of strategic options experience.
