Job Description: Exciting opportunity for qualified TIBCO Sr. Management Analyst / Consultant / Sr. Consultant with hands-on experience in the design and implementation of several business process and integration related technologies and processes. Our Technology Solutions practice provides technical implementation solutions for clients across several industries to improve their IT operations and management capabilities.

Primary responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to one or more Integration Solutions projects through assessment, design and/or implementation phases
- Work on the design and implementation of multiple IT management technologies.
- Provide assessment of client processes and technologies for used for the management of IT services, applications, systems, storage and networks.
- Contribute to one or more of the following areas:

Assessment, Design and implementation of Application Integration technologies

Assessment, Design and implementation of Business processes and workflows.

Contribute to and/or lead the development of client deliverables such as assessment reports, requirement documents, technical architectures/designs, IT process flows, operational procedures, training plans, and more.

Participate in business development work, engagement planning and sales.

Technical Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:


2 to 5 years experience in TIBCO BusinessWorks 5.1.x

2 to 5 years experience with any of the following TIBCO products: Hawk, Staffware Process suite, BusinessConnect, Adapter for SAP R/3, Siebel or Peoplesoft

2 to 5 years experience with JMS or Rendezvous

2 to 5 years experience with XSLT and XML schema definition

2 to 5 years experience with Web Services (SOAP, WSDL)

Preferred location is Denver area but will consider other locations. Must be willing to travel 75-100% each week if necessary.
