Job Description:

 

The Revenue Manager/ Trainer postion at TFS is the cornerstone of our commitment to the ProfitMax Customer Service Program.  We have multiple openings for this position.We are seeking trainers/consultants who are proficient in French/English and Spanish/English. The position will support the client's customer satisfaction, revenue and profit goals by identifying and assessing operational performance and areas in need of improvement.  You will be responsible for training and managing Counter Service Representatives to cross sell the various programs.  Our ideal candidate will have sales management or operations management experience and the ability to handle mulitple tasks in a service oriented enviroment.  A great attitude and personality are essential.

 

 

Job Requirements:

 Extensive travel within the continental United States as well as Over Seas. The ability to travel internationally (Passport required) Build and maintain trust with internal customers; be a strong team member, and contribute to their success. Respond to requests for assistance from internal customers to improve performance levels. Facilitate and participate in associate training. Analyze data to determine potential causes of performance gaps and implications of current performance. Recomend appropriate solutions/interventions of training resources needed to improve desired performace levels. Deliver professional training and development sessions with all levels of management as required. Maintain a motivating atmosphere that promotes teamwork. Minimum 3 years experience in the car rental industry. Working knowledge of performance and learning systems, computer systems including word and excel, along with generating reports. Communicate effectively with peers, subordinates and supervisors in both written and verbal communication. Strong organizational and facilitation skills Extensive travel required
