Position Description: Warehouse Supervisor -Commitment to working an afternoon shift, with a high level of personal durability. -Maintain professional behavior while interacting with management, peers and employees -Demonstrate the ability to lead unionized work groups, within an industrial warehousing environment, to meet service and operational objectives. -Demonstrate basic use of Microsoft/Outlook office products. -Be willing to learn the picking, shipping, replenishment, and stock keeping processes. -Learn and participate in the ISO 9001 and 14001 processes. -Learn and participate in the continuous improvement process and safety, health and review process. -Comply with the accident investigation and injury and illness reporting processes -Ensure compliance to the attendance procedure.
