Job Description:
Ajilon client is located in Philadelphia, PA.

Review and analyze web sites project requirements and specifications. Design, develop and maintain user-friendly interactive web sites, communities and external parties. Collaborates with and assists the database applications development team.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with emphasis on Information Science, Multimedia/Art/Graphic Design, Computer Sciences or related course work in web development.

Two to five years related experience in design and development of interactive web sites for educational, medical, and scientific research industries.

Experienced in web-based informational content design using graphics, HTML/DHTML, CSS, JavaScript, Macromedia Flash technology and other A/V multimedia technologies.
Web Design tools: Macromedia Dreamweaver, Macromedia Flash, Microsoft FrontPage, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Media Encoder, Real Media Encoder
Basic to intermediate knowledge of web application development: Understanding and ability to modify web pages that contain JavaScript, Classic ASP scripts and ASP.NET code. Understanding of SQL language and ability to work with SQL Server 2000 Enterprise Manager. Understanding of IIS Services. Understanding of Visio and ability to design flow charts.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Analyze requirements and project specifications for web sites / web-based content design.
Develop visual web site flow and interaction with other web sites and/or applications using MS Visio.
Design, develop and maintain user-friendly interactive web sites.
Design, develop and maintain web-based multimedia presentations using Flash and A/V technologies.
Design "text-n-graphic" presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Designer
Working with images, photos, video and audio contents.
Collaborate with and assist the database applications development team with design user-friendly UI / front-end for web-based applications.
Participate in monthly IT Infrastructure maintenance activities
Participate in On-Call rotation for off-ours technical support
