The Better HR Practice is currently seeking Workbrain Consultants with 2 years+ consulting and implementation experience with the Workbrain Time and Attendance application, data collection devices and interfacing with external systems (HRIS, Payroll,etc.). Prefer related experience in retail, travel and transportation or consumer products industries. deal candidate should also have experience and knowledge in integration of software in portal systems and through middleware applications.Provide SME in Workforce Management Solutions, with specific experience with the Workbrain Time and Attendance and Scheduling applications. Consultant in this role will serve as a functional subject matter expert and is responsible for the implementation of the Workbrain solution modules. Implementation of the Workbrain solution including: Analysis and Design, Implementation, Testing, and Deployment Analyzing and documenting business requirements, process definition and documentation of solution specifications Work closely with client project team to gather and understand their business requirements as they relate to the functional capabilities and limitations of the Workbrain application.
