Thompson Technologies is seeking a Workforce Analytics professional with experience in organizational that will align a workforce to achieve business objectives. We are seeking candidates with experience with Government Clients and hold a Top Secret Clearance.
If you are experienced in:Workforce Planning ? Identifies the optimal current and future workforce profile and develops a plan to address them. Workforce Transformation ? Eliminates gaps between current and future workforce characteristics. HR Optimization ? Streamlines traditional HR business processes and optimizes service delivery models.
Requirements & Responsibilities: Ability to translate complex data analysis and research principles into written documents that are easy to understand Strong problem solving, analytical, and quantitative skills Understanding of databases, spreadsheets, queries, and how to manipulate and transform data data (e.g., Excel, Access, Visual Basic, SQL) Ability to deliver superior analytical products within tight deadlines and attention to detail Experience with SPSS statistical software,developing metrics and managing data ERP experience PHR/SPHR preferred, but not required Strong writing and presentation skills Experience with performance measurement, metrics and scorecards Experience with process reengineering and performance improvement Ability to quickly understand and apply new concepts or tools Survey development and/or analysis experience a plus Dashboard/Scorecard development experience a plus 5+ years of experience in consulting Human Resources, Human Capital, and/or Learning and Development consulting experience TS/SCI clearance required
Candidates must have the ability to accommodate a Monday-Friday travel schedule.
