Solution Architect- Educational Services

Description:
*Develop and deliver technical and functional training classes to i2 customers, partners, and employees.

* Work with i2 team members in other departments such as software development, solutions marketing, field sales, and consulting to define curriculum goals to fit the company's product strategies and meet customer needs.

* Work directly with customers to scope and define their requirements and formulate a training program to meet those needs. 


Experience Required:
* 2 to 5 years working for a software company or professional services firm in professional training services delivery and/or professional supply chain consulting services.

* Experience with supply chain software solutions implementation or platform/integration implementation.


Education/Key Skills:


1) Minimum Bachelors degree in Supply Chain or related business field or information systems technology degree.


2) Professional services consulting, training services, curriculum development.


3) Excellent communication, presentation skills, and technical writing skills. Must be comfortable presenting to a large and diverse audience.


4) Database skills (Oracle).


5) Java programming skills and XML knowledge


6) Working knowledge of BEA WebLogic server


7) Basic Windows XP administration skills


8) ETL data integration skills (Informatica PowerCenter)


9) Ability to travel 50% to 80%.


10) Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

Additional skills/knowledge/abilities desired:
1) Supplier Relationship Management and Content Management solutions training/implementation using i2 solutions.
2) i2 Master Data Management and i2 Studio
