:: Description:The Data Architect (Senior Consultant) will be responsible for successfully analyzing and designing customer's data and systems architecture, including selection of software connectors and development of extraction techniques, ETL scripts, metadata definitions and models. In this capacity he/she will be an expert in application functionality, technology, implementation, and data migration methodology. :: Responsibilities:Identifying client requirements and conducting detailed analysis of client data. Understanding client business processes and tools Creating data services, data quality and development plans. Writing project proposals for implementation and data services projects. Effective, expedient completion of client projects. Working aggressively and effectively with clients and other team members. Quick Pickup and Delivery on new technical and business consulting skills and CRM systems Developing a strong Internal Knowledge Base Manage External Resources on Projects Multitasking on challenging projects and with different project teams Escalation point for project and partner issues  :: Required Skills/Experience:B.S. in Business, Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent work experience. Client-focused attitude. A customer advocate. 3-4 years of experience managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting, systems development, and systems. Strong Project management and Methodology and Data Analysis skills Strong Knowledge of enterprise applications in CRM, SFA, and ERP areas Demonstrated Experience of understanding Client Business Process and making appropriate recommendations Strong knowledge and understanding of XML, SQL and enterprise application integration. Demonstrated Experience with Extract, transformation and load tools, Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle and Excel. Strong knowledge of Data Concepts (eg: ERD Diagrams, Data Schemas, Relational Database, Data Warehouse and Field Mapping) Comfortable in dealing with Databases, Manipulation of Data and multiple Systems Experience with enterprise software systems using industry standard environments including Oracle, XML, HTTP/HTTPS, Java, C++, and ASP. Work experience with one or more of Siebel, Upshot, Netsuite, MSCRM, ACT!, Goldmine systems Work experience with a professional consulting organization (e.g., Big 5 consulting) a plus. Willingness to travel nationally/internationally. Excellent analysis skills and the ability to develop processes and methodologies. Excellent presentation and communication skills. Team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented individual with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies.
