Account Executives

 

 

Q Research Solutions, Inc. is currently seeking individuals with four key attributes: personality, intellect, analytical insight and the desire to succeed. We are looking for dynamic sales executives with proven experience selling directly to the CPG industry.

 

As an Account Executive with Q, you will be responsible for developing and growing the business, leading the growth of the organization through the development of new sources of revenue with named strategic accounts, securing repeat purchases and maintaining quality customer satisfaction among business accounts resulting in an on-going stream of renewals and revenue from clients.

 

Specific tasks and requirements

?  Sell market research products, services and data sets ranging from $5K to $100K

?  Design strategic account plans for specified clients

?  Develop new accounts and grow existing accounts (i.e., closing new business)

?  Pursue and establish new accounts including timely follow-up on inbound sales leads

?  Develop and execute a sales strategy

?  Work with analyst team and with individual project managers

?  Lead the accounts from a resource and planning perspective

?  Assess complex situations, confronts issues, recommend and execute

?  Manage account plans and execute communication plans

?  Surpass quarterly driven quota

?  Provide assistance, as needed, through project completion

?  Provide feedback from sales calls to the research team

 

Qualifications - Experience, Skills & Abilities Required

?  Market research sales experience mandatory

?  Successful track record of selling market research, preferably quantitative research services

?  Experience selling complex products and service offerings

?  An understanding of consumer product markets, how they function, the trends and influences they have on the market research business

?  Expertise in qualitative and quantitative market and sensory research methodologies

?  Ability to anticipate future client business information, market research needs and recommend ways to capitalize on these

?  Self-starter, goal oriented and able to work with a high degree of autonomy

?  Leadership skills, team-building skills and the ability to motivate others

?  Willingness and ability to prospect and open new accounts

?  Excellent communication skills

?  Desire to work in a dynamic and entrepreneurial organization
