Manage maintenance only packaging changes on Tail and Private Label brands (non-design related). Assist Senior Packaging Manager with implementation phase of Global and NA packaging projects. Initiate/manage the preparation and/or revision of packaging component copy to be reviewed and approved by the internal clearance team. Coordinate all necessary information for electronic artwork development and provide direction to design/production personnel. Proofread and verify artwork for overall integrity of copy, graphics and quality against internally cleared documentation to ensure accuracy. Actively participate in Project Team meetings and work closely with manufacturing/purchasing/marketing/legal/DRA to ensure successful delivery of artwork (accurate, on time, within budget). Assist Senior Packaging Manager with the development of comps and/or sales samples required for Field Sales' efforts. Responsible for verifying that pre-press proofs correspond to approved artwork.

Qualifications
BFA or BA in Fine Arts, Communication Arts or related fields. Must have 3+ years work experience in a related field in an OTC, Pharmaceutical or Consumer Goods company.

some understanding of the creative process, as well as, graphic arts and printing some knowledge about printing substrates, ink, type, color separations and the preparation of artwork excellent interpersonal and communication skills ability to recognize and correct inaccuracies throughout the entire copy clearance process excellent proofreading skills a must excellent organizational skills ability to prioritize projects, handle several projects concurrently and accomplish deadlines in a fast-moving environment ability to respond to shifting priorities and business needs must be a team player
