responsibilities:

+ support brand manager in the strategic leadership of the company?s brand including:keeping abreast of consumer and industry insights that can be used to develop more powerful consumer communications, brand programming and product evolutiondeveloping briefs for all creative projects (e.g., primary/secondary packaging, label copy, hard/soft pos, website, advertising, etc.) and providing feedback on creative output to ensure it supports brand strategydeveloping key sell-in presentations for distributors and retailerworking with programs and partnership group to develop effective programs leveraging partner assetsanalyzing syndicated nielsen data in order to track performance of the brand and inform sales and marketing team decisionleading the annual development of the marketing merchandising program including: overall creative look for manual and components to include:  hard/soft pos, display racks, cooler and truck graphics and marketing/sales wearabledeveloping brand training manuals and presentations to be used for new hires, marketing programs and external partnerliaising with cross-functional partners to keep them abreast of key brand initiatives and indicators

 

requirements:2-3 years of classical brand marketing experience with consumer package goods companycollege degree; MBA preferredstrong analysis, strategic thinking, creative thinking, team leadership, planning, organizing, problem solving skills. oh, and a sense of humor is a must as well.passion for understanding consumer behavior and the behavior of our a.d.d presidentability to adjust on the fly and thrive in an ever-changing environment entrepreneurial spirit and a big trunk for all of the productsgood outside shot or backhand for games with the ceo (p.s., let him win)
