Position Description:



LOCATED IN BLOOMINGTON MN GENERAL PURPOSEThis position is responsible for supporting the execution of specific brand marketing programs in the areas of consumer promotion, advertising, product innovation, special events, and to provide analytical support to upper levels of brand management in the areas of trend analysis, sales analysis, and syndicated research analysis.



DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESParticipate in the development of the annual brand plan by providing analysis in the areas of consumer trends, competitive intelligence, syndicated information, and secondary research.Manage and execute assigned marketing programs to budget in the areas of consumer promotion, advertising, product innovation, trade co-marketing, special events, local market activities, and sales contests.Provide on-going analytical support to upper brand management in the areas of sales forecasts, demand planning, budgeting, and brand profitability.Conduct research appropriate to the brand as assigned by upper brand management in the areas of consumer, trade, and competition.



QUALIFICATIONSEducation:?Bachelor's degree or equivalent.Years of Related Experience:?5 - 7 years or more of experience.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:?Intermediate PC skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, etc, solid communication and interpersonal skills; intermediate proficiency with numeric data analysis; thorough knowledge of company and group products, policies, processes, etc.; experienced in selling-in new products, category leadership strategies and consumer insights at top national retailers; understanding of new product process and track record of successful product innovation leadership; ability and demonstrated experience in managing P&L to ensure delivery of business goals; strong marketer who understands how to leverage insights into positioning, branding, communication and innovation; highest integrity in keeping with company values.
