Branch Manager

 DESCRIPTIONTHIS POSITION REQUIRES APPLICANTS TO BE OPEN FOR NATIONWIDE RELOCATION AFTER THE INITIAL TRAINING PERIOD OF 6 MONTHS.

Our client, a Fortune 500 service company, is currently looking for a Branch Manager to spearhead continued growth. Successful candidate will run a $3.5-$4 million dollar branch upon completion of a comprehensive training program. Must have minimum 5 years of successful sales management experience, preferably in a service industry.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
You will "own" and run your Branch operations REQUIREMENTS5+ years of strong sales management experience and the ability to motivate and train large teams and attain goals Strong personality, aggressive, dynamic, problem solver Strong knowledge of P&L statements is a MUST Impressive management record, including success in branch and/or regional operations Skilled in the development of short and long term business projections, with a working knowledge of personnel policies Sales-related experience preferred Prior Recruiting and Training Experience is a Must Ability to pass pre-hire screens, including aptitude and skill tests, drug screen, and motor vehicle and criminal background screens Ability to write effectively for routine reporting Basic understanding of Internet and email processes, software applications, and basic computer hardware
