 Job Description:Participates in the development of the strategic national brand plan. Leads the implementation of divisional brand plans throughout the organization consistent with the national brand strategies. Drives the process from the national plan to the territorial. Leads the development, localization, implementation, execution and evaluation of divisional brand and business plans to maximize growth, profitability and brand equity consistent with national brand strategy.Directs and manages merchandising and pricing strategy across the division (includes size mix, bend, inventory) and ensures consistency of planning and evaluating territory marketing funds and other field based investments.Provides strategic brand leadership and ensures brand equity throughout the process planning, implementation, and execution process. Serves as a well-educated brand champion within the division.Collaborates with multiple internal contacts to develop and execute effective brand building plans for the division.Applies insights from both the brand and the region to make appropriate decisions regarding the most effective use of people and financial resources.Serves as the primary collection point for generating consumer and competitive intelligence at the divisional level. Broadcasts relevant insights to the appropriate division and brand team members.Ensures consistent deployment of brand specialists and ensures regional activities align with the brand plan.Brand/Portfolio Advocate to the division and Division Advocate to the brand.Delivers the fiscal plan for the division as measured by depletions, field profit, distribution, and other relevant measuresDrives ?Back to Basics? type execution

The ability to utilize appropriate styles and methods of guiding individuals groups towards task accomplishment.Consumer Focus: Curiosity and understanding for developing and leveraging consumer insights and motivationsFunctional knowledge of the sales process: Identifying new opportunities and applications that add value for the customer while enhancing the value for B-F. Experience managing large, multi-site clients. Must have requirements:Bachelor?s Degree with Marketing major preferred, plus 5-7 years sales and marketing experience or field marketing experience within the beverage or CPG industry.Excellent interpersonal skills, oral and written communication skills.PC proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Demonstrated ability to create, control, and maintain financial and/or business analyses, including budgets.Must have valid state ID; Physical ability to lift 60 pounds.Excellent strategic and tactical skills; demonstrated ability to implement and adapt national programs to the field.Willingness to travel 50-70%Strong interpersonal skills; demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with all members of extended brand teams.Sound financial skills: Experience in building and managing a budget.
