Category Management for the Wal*Mart team providing category development expertise and in-depth analysis for key customer and field sales team.
"Go to expert" in the category, tactical and strategic, making recommendations that will benefit the company, customer and the category.
Primary responsibility is providing expert category development based analysis, presentations and recommendations for key customer and sales team.
Develop and foster business building relationships with major customers key contacts as well as sales team to ensure team objectives are met.
Provide information pertaining to competitive data, competitive initiatives and account/market trends. Communicate findings to the appropriate Marketing Department, through the Team Leader and Category Development Coordinator, to assist them in developing strategies to meet corporate and brand objectives.
