Schwan?s is the world's largest direct-to-home food delivery business. They market and distribute more than 400 frozen food items to homes throughout the Unites States.  They have been in business for over 50 years and offer their employees a stable work environment in which they have opportunities to grow their careers.

 

This outside sales position is responsible for selling a variety of frozen foods to new and existing customers throughout an assigned route delivery area. Schwan?s is looking for motivated leaders of the future to grow the business through quality customer service.

 

EXCELLENT EARNINGS

 

Your first year earning potential can be up to $50,000.  Other benefits include paid sales and management training, advancement opportunities, paid vacation, comprehensive Health benefits and a retirement savings program.

This position also offers:
7 week paid training program which will build your skills and knowledge to guarantee your future success as a Customer Service Manager.
Paid guarantee of about $130/day through training
After training there is a step down period in which you?ll transition to full commission
