Spectra is an innovative, growth-orientated market research company which provides manufacturers, retailers and brokers in the Fast Moving Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCPG) Industry with consumer segmentation, data integration and retail intelligence, enabling them to target high volume potential consumers. Required Skills:

The required skills for this position include a strong knowledge of the CPG industry with a minimum of 3+ years working in the industry and expertise in market research (syndicated/panel data). Other skills required include: highly developed analytical skills; excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; ability to make presentations; and a high level of expertise in Microsoft Power Point, excel and Word.


Objectives:

The Client Service Manager is an integral role in Spectra?s business by providing consultative advice, counsel and direction for all aspects of Spectra at the client site. The objective of the CSM is to be located onsite at the client location, fostering a relationship with client, providing analytical support and solutions for client needs, and supporting the effort to train the client, with the ultimate goal of becoming an integrated partner in the client's business process.

The Client Service Manager is onsite at the Client.


Accountabilities:

The Client Service Manager works in conjunction with the VP and Account Manager to develop and execute annual client plans to meet revenue and penetration goals. Diligently pursues client feedback and ROI testimonials for use in renewal process. Provides excellent deliverables to client on consistent basis. Devises analytical approaches to dissect data to develop solutions, make applications and keystrokes. Fulfills ad hoc project requests and manages project deadlines. Represents Spectra at client meetings. Tracks project logs and helps to quantify ROI. Identifies selling opportunities.
