Consumer Insights Analyst

Specifically will manage research project with a focus on Blue Bunny brands, mining additional insights and trends, representing the consumer for core marketing teams, and working with many internal clients to provide consumer input (both behavioral and attitudinal)

 

Will focus on cross channel initiatives particularly in regards to support base business analysis and new prod dev and forecasting. Will conduct secondary data analysis to enhance the Wells? Dairy knowledge base and capability. Requires an ability to analyze data/research and distill into key insights and recommended actions. There is direct line of site to the customer in the majority of the work. Presentation and communication skills are especially important to insure max impact from the insights.

 

Design and manage secondary market research projects and provide project management support for primary research projects that support corporate office and platform information requirements.

 

Assist with the development, deployment and analysis of internal custom consumer survey research.

 

Identify, understand, use and evaluate information resources, including industry content sources, online databases, and secondary search services (IRI, AC Nielsen, Spectra, etc)

 

Review collected data for appropriateness, relevance and accuracy, and organize data in a logical manor to develop and communicate actionable insights.

 

Produce high quality reports with crisp executive summaries, detailed findings and comprehensive analytics.

 

Manage on-going tracking and evaluation of the category and brand portfolio

 

Partner with Sales and Marketing to implement projects that result in consumer-based insights that can be leveraged for growth.

 

Serve as a key member of the monthly business review team, leveraging data insights to develop forward action plans to help build and maintain successful business segments.
