Consumer Relations Representative (Bilingual - Spanish/English)

Primary Responsibilities:

Consumer Relations Representative needs to respond to a high volume of consumer inquires while collecting information for use by internal and external partners.  Must be able to deal with consumer demands empathetically; analyze complex, often technical situations and diagnose and resolve the situation to the satisfaction of the consumer.

 

Requirements:Must be able to work full-time between the hours of 9:00am-5:00pm and 10:00am-6:00pm.Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skillsAbility to prepare written correspondence to address consumer needsAbility to project a professional, mature, empathetic tone when responding to consumer concernsBilingual ability in Spanish a plus

 

Previous Experience RequiredCall center or consumer service backgroundIssue resolution/problem solvingMultiple task management

 

Technical Skills Needed:Understanding of Word for WindowsSome Excel helpfulExperience with Microsoft Outlook
