Customer Service Representative

FEDERATED GROUP, INC. a premier sales and marketing firm specializing in the grocery, foodservice, and consumer products industry is looking for experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team!

 

In joining our team you will become an integral source in providing order processing, support services, and customer service to our customers while working with a variety of distributors and manufactures, providing programs and services in a variety of areas revolving around foodservice supply chain consolidation.  You will serve as a liaison to internal staff members and external contacts; work closely with inventory planners in support of order fulfillment; and ensure vendor and supplier contacts are maintained and accurately communicated.

 

A successful candidate will be someone who is organized, detail-minded, takes initiative, helps build potential and current customer relationships, and delivers results in a fast-paced environment.  He/she must have the ability to recognize and rapidly respond to customer needs, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing, have strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, and strong interpersonal and data entry skills.

 

A minimum of one (1) year progressive customer service experience, preferably in the grocery, foodservice, or consumer goods industry and strong computer skills are required.
