Desktop Technical Analyst - 3rd Shift
Our client, a worldwide organization, is looking for a 3rd Shift Desktop Technical Analyst. This?position is on rotating shifts: week nights 9pm-6am and weekends 6pm-6am. All candidates must be flexible with these working hours.
?
One a day to day basis, this position provides computer related desk support for personnel, wholesalers, and suppliers. In addition, candidates will be assigned to answer phones and provide resolution for technical issues to the best of their ability. Additional duties include assisting other help desk teams with call backlog, provide on-call support after hours, and track support calls via the corporate online tracking system and follow up with open tickets.

Qualifications for this position are listed below:
- 2 years experience in a Desktop Technical Analyst type of role (specifically HELP DESK)
- 5 years experience with Desktop Technical Support (resolving desktop computer issues, VPN, networking, and Blackberry is a plus.)

Preferred Technical Skill:
- 2 years experience in a Documentation Specialist/Technical Writer type of role (software installs, knowledge base entries, and/or technical processes)
