Director, Talent Management

Drive change and upgrade the overall quality of WDI management through ongoing leadership and team development. Also responsible for continual coaching and consultation on matters of succession planning and long-term cultural issues.

 

Design and install a succession planning program that assesses and addresses the performance and development needs of the company's management team.

 

Responsible for the assessment and continued improvement of the company?s training needs.

 

Assemble, validate and define a competency model for use in recruiting, training and performance management.

 

Provides expertise in strategy development and execution, planning, and facilitation of employee relations efforts.

 

Assists with planning, implementation, and on-going maintenance of Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Equal Employment Opportunity, Diversity, and Compensation Programs.

 

Assist with the development and implementation of major changes management initiatives.

 

Position is a high level position reporting to the SVP, OC (HR) which will have ongoing contact with the family exectuives. The position has a small staff of 2 OE / OD Managers and 1 Assistant. This professional will need to have the overall vision and strategy for creation of a 3000+ employee learning organization but must be tactical in the execution of this strategy.

 

Required: BS; 10 + years in organizational development. Position is just a step down from Chief Learning Officer in most large organizations.

 

Experience with Achieve Global, Lominger, Gallup, and Birkman a plus.
