ENG - Researcher, Commercial Floor Specialist

ENG00000452 - Do you have knowledge or background in commercial floor care?? If so, Procter & Gamble is a leading manufacturer and marketer of away from home products and is seeking a highly motivated individual for our newly created Commercial Floor Specialist position.? The position will require an individual with experience in the floor care industry to provide technical expertise to our sales force, National Technical Service Support Network, distributors, and customers.

The successful candidate will have responsibility to:

o Manage our National Technical Service Support Network by retaining and developing current contractors/vendors in the network, and building the network by assessing and identifying contractors/vendors in non established markets.
o Develop and implement training programs for both our Technical Network and sales force.
o Provide on-site technical expertise during sales presentations with large customers.?
o Troubleshoot calls from our sales force, distributors, and customers.
o Travel to customer locations as needed



Qualifications for the position include:

o Floor care experience and technical knowledge, required
o Exceptional interpersonal and communications skills (both verbal and written) in order to interact well with customers and team members, critical.
o Willingness to travel, required.
o Valid driver's license, required.
o Reliable transportation, required.
o Sales experience, a plus.
o Candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, refugee, asylee or lawful permanent resident.
