Toshiba is presently seeking a Field Support Representative in the Chicago, IL. area to provide assistance to our retail accounts in the areas of: product training, merchandising and marketing support. While conducting store visits you will interface with internal sales teams and train them on our products, the technology and how to best utilize our sales and marketing tools.
Qualified candidate will possess a minimum of 1-2 years of retail sales/account management/telemarketing background with an emphasis on training experience with electronic products. Outstanding presentation and communication skills required. Comfort level with learning new technologies and discussing electronics. Computer literacy with MS Office Suite as well as Internet capabilities required. College degree preferred. Position entails 50-60% travel.
