XLC Personnel Services, a division of d.e. Foxx & Associates, Inc. has an immediate opening for a HR Generalist that will join our leadership team for a major consumer product company in the Scranton Wilkes-Barre PA area.
?
The successful candidate will have responsibility for assisting in all facets of human resources for a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Duties include benefits administration, payroll processes, payroll adjustments, HR file maintenance, new-hire orientation and recruiting/staffing the site.
?
This position will work closely with our corporate office on many other HR-related issues as well as site-specific issues. At least an Associate degree is required, Bachelor degree preferred with a GPA of at least 3.0. Excellent problem recognition, continuous improvement, computer skills (MS Office) and communication skills are required. Also, candidate must enjoy working closely with clients and leading a diverse workforce.
