Job Description:
Generate leads through phone calls, service tickets, postcards, e-mails, etc. Oversee the scheduling of leads/appointments for Comfort Advisors. Schedule appointments to meet the customer's needs. Supports the sales team by typing proposals, pre-approving customer financing, creating sales reports, tracking sales commissions, tracking technician spiffs/commissions and general assistance to the department. Experience using STARS system helpful. Other duties as needed to support the sales team and company efforts.
