POU Filter Service Tech

Belmont Springs is a division of DS Waters of America LP, which produces and distributes bottled water and related products through brands coast to coast (Alhambra, Belmont Springs, Crystal Springs, Hinckley Springs, Kentwood Springs, Sierra Springs and Sparkletts).

  RESPONSIBILITIES

 

Install and service commercial and residential point -of use equipment on a scheduled basis.  Install and service commercial coffee brewers while delivering initial coffee and allied products to new customers.  Complete knowledge of filter products and installation.  Effective verbal communication and customer service skills.  Provide exemplary customer service while at each customer's site.  Load and unload service vehicle with necessary equipment daily.  Neatly complete all necessary paperwork for all installations, exchanges, and service transactions on a daily basis.  Maintain accurate mileage for reporting purposes.  This is not a complete description of the Field Service Technician role. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

 

Must be able to work in residential, office and manufacturing environments .  Must drive to and from locations in company vehicle.  Ability to use basic power and hand tools. Must have demonstrated knowledge of fundamentals of plumbing and electrical devices and systems.  Must have a valid driver?s license and a clean driving record.  Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints about products and services in a friendly and congenial manner.  Must be able to physically lift up to 85 pounds, and the ability to move equipment on a hand truck up to 170 pounds.  Ability to meet DS Waters Driver Qualification Policy.

 DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

 

High School diploma or equivalency is required.
