Project Manager/Process Experience

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

 Analyze existing processes within the organization for optimization opportunities.

 Organize and lead all operational process improvement projects within the Six Sigma guidelines.

 Coordinate with IT dept to develop software enhancements to department tools.

 Work with all functional areas to insure timely implementation of processes.

 Audit operational processes to insure compliance with designed guidelines.

 Document and distribute operational processes in the current Process Management Format.

 Continually update the Project Champion as process improvements or changes are implemented to insure continuity across the organization.

 Overseeing special projects that relate to clients (i.e. customized reporting)

 

 

 

 

Qualifications:

 

? BA or BS required, or equivalent experience.

 Minimum 1 year experience in a process oriented production environment.

 Minimum 1 year experience in either project management or process improvement/design

 Previous experience in a Six Sigma oriented organization.  Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.

 Ability to analyze processes by working across functional boundaries to develop new processes and improve existing process in a timely and cost effective manner.

 

? PC literate (MS Office, Word, Excel, Access) and must possess demonstrated presentation and public speaking skills

 

? Valid drivers license and availability for overnight travel within and outside the U.S.
