We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Revenue Specialist to join our facility in West Jordan, UT.

 

The primary purpose of this position is to ensure timely receipt of the correct amount of revenue from a customer or group of customers, to ensure that degradations to revenue are either validated in accordance with Dannon pricing terms, policies, and SOX controls or pursued for collection. The incumbent will support sales in the responsibilities of financial controls to ensure that trade funds are spent as planned.

 

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES will include: Review promotional contracts submitted by Sales with Vista system to ensure accuracy and maintain accuracy of Contract Tracker. Resolve discrepancies and network with Sales to ensure customer?s expectations meet Sales proposals.Accurate and timely application of cash receipts in accordance with established guidelines. Manage deduction process in SAP and Vista; including claims, settlements, matching, revising to actual cases, and scrubbing Review TAP settlement activity and analyze trade activity weekly. Identify opportunities to revise to actual cases or scrub to actuals and work with Sales and/or customer to follow up on planned funds that have not been claimed.Collection of invalid customer claims, maintain accuracy of D.U.D.S.; to be used as tracking tool for collection follow up and funds repaid, maintain a minimum 60% repayment rate. Analyze customer claims and provide leadership to Dannon Sales to eliminate future invalid claims.Regular contact with assigned Sales Team members. Provide information regarding customer activity including opportunities for enhancement of current approaches, collection opportunities, involvement needed for resolution of outstanding items

 

TO QUALIFY, the following are required:

?  Associate Degree with 2-5 years accounts receivable or collection experience and Industry or Retail experience.

?  Ability to work within a team environment and focus energy on the overall success of the team;

?  Transaction and detail oriented; Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

?  Excellent analytical, problem-solving, organization, and communication skills;

?  Individual must be enthusiastic, pro-active, flexible in trying new ways of accomplishing objectives, have the ability to work independently with little day-to-day supervision

?  Willingness to assert

?  Basic computer & office skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Accurate 10 key )
