Spherion, in partnership with Schwan?s Home Service, Inc., is currently hiring for Route Sales positions in your area! In this role, you will sell and deliver frozen food and other company products to customer?s homes or places of business.

This position entails account management as well as new business development in an assigned market. You will make sales presentations to prospective customers, and keep them informed of new products, promotional products and any special services. In this role, it is required that you conduct daily safety inspections and safe operation of a commercial motor vehicle and meet Federal DOT compliance as well as compliance to state and federal traffic laws.

To be immediately considered, you must have a High school diploma or equivalent and have one or more years of related work experience. You must also have the ability to effectively operate a commercial vehicle and a hand held computer. Additionally, meeting the Federal Department of Transportation eligibility requirements, including driver?s license with a clean driving record, and corresponding medical certification, are required.  CDL is a plus but not necessary!!
