Deer Park Spring Water, a division of Nestl? Waters North America (NWNA), has opportunities for people with exceptional delivery, sales, customer service, and teamwork abilities to work as ROUTE SALES REPRESENTATIVES in Baltimore, MD.

A NWNA Route Sales Representative (RSR) is responsible for creating customer loyalty by providing consistent bottled water delivery, outstanding customer service, and value-added selling.

Essential Work Activities: Performance of physical tasks and use of heavy commercial vehicles (for bottled water delivery to multiple, scheduled customers within a defined area); Selling and influencing (for activities like selling products or services, routinely contacting customers for confirming deliveries, or presenting ideas and issues to co-workers and leaders); Planning and executing (for the day's activities and new product marketing and service initiatives); Relationship-building and maintenance (with actual and potential customers, co-workers, and managers); Route administration (for daily administrative and financial reporting).

Minimum Requirements: High School diploma (or GED equivalent); Ability to lift and carry products weighing approximately 50 lbs, 200 times per day; Ability to work over 50 hours per week; a valid driver's license, with no DUI convictions in the last 7 years; being 21 years of age or older.

Success Criteria: In addition to meeting the minimum requirements, successful RSRs have demonstrated: firm commitment to personal values; a strong work ethic; prior sales and delivery experience; good organizational skills; excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and a sincere willingness and desire to learn continuously.

Compensation: First-year salary for this opportunity is $42,000. In addition, RSRs are eligible for highly attractive medical/dental/insurance benefits, as well as for NWNA's 401(k) and Profit Sharing Plan.
