SES SITE MANAGER

Huntington Learning Center is currently seeking Site Managers to oversee district programs in Bridgeport, Connecticut!

This position reports to the Regional Operations Manager and manages the Head Teacher and program staff in his or her assigned district/borough programs.

SITE MANAGER'S RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (But are not limited to the following):Oversees up to three individual school sites in one school district Maintains appropriate personnel records for staff members Develops a high level of staff moral and conduct Hires and trains program staff Holds monthly staff meetings Supervises and reviews quality of program (binder, folder, district documentation checks) Updates student reprogramming if necessary Maintains Huntington Learning Center standards providing "every student with the best education possible." Manages to meet operational and marketing goals monthly Assists in achieving regional operational goals Monitors monthly attendance to ensure accuracy Completes all documentation in a timely manner Conducts Initial Inquiries Conducts Initial Conferences and meetings with parents Completes monthly Interim Conferences and progress reports for students Assists Regional Operations Manager with marketing plans and development Documents communication with students, parents and school personnel on a monthly basis before, during and after instruction

QUALIFICATIONS INCLUDE:

Bachelor's Degree Experience in Education and/or Management Superb communication and organizational skills High levels of energy, integrity and enthusiasm Ability to speak SPANISH is a plus!
