Senior Account Manager –Merchandise Coordinator –Accessories Co.

A Successful and Strong Growth Woman’s Accessories Wholesale Company has an opportunity as an Account Manager- Merchandise Coordinator Program, East Coast Region (New York, NY).

The US Wholesale Account Manager is accountable for the daily management and development of a team of 5-8 Merchandise Coordinators, as well as partnering with the Director on building strong businesses within the region by account and focusing on high level communication regarding sales performance/productivity, operations, and staffing. Additional responsibilities include developing strong relationships with department store management to drive store line initiatives, overseeing and ensuring best practices on the merchandise standards and retail presentation, and traveling within the region 4-6 times per year and to corporate offices 6-8 times per year.

Candidates must possess a Bachelors degree with 5+ years of retail management or vendor merchandise experience. Supervisory experience plus excellent communication, presentation and partnership skills are essential. Superior retail and/or customer service
