JOB SUMMARY


Responsible for the planning and management of online tax product features within the interview and advice track, which focuses on product interviews and advice.


Minimum Requirements
Bachelor?s degree in Business or Marketing, or related field or the equivalent through a combination of education and related work experience.
Five years product management and/or consumer marketing experience,
Three years Internet product/marketing experience.
Experience with setting up primary research projects and interpreting results.
Experience in and proven ability to develop product strategies, plans and implementation.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills including oral and written communication skills and proven ability to deal with and effectively present to all levels of management. Ability to work effectively as a team member.
Project management experience.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented individual.
Effective time management and organizational skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Understanding of the software development lifecycle.
Proficient in MS Office Suite products (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Project).
Preferred Qualifications
Master?s degree.
Product development background.
Financial services industry experience.
