Qualifications

Solves problems by gathering information and evaluating options for clients.

Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs and wants.

Works productively with others in a team environment and demostrates leadership skills.

Ability to multi-task and develop skills in Mortgage finance, Construction and Design, intra- personal skills, goal seeting and value selling.


Has effective organizational skills in areas of personal and time management

Can explain product features and benefits. Is familiar with competitors' products.

Has a solid understanding of Selling and Building Value.

High School Diploma or equivalent experience for Sales positions. Management positions require Degree or equivalent experience.
