Tweeter Home Entertainment Group is seeking a Customer Service Rep. with 2 or more years of Call Center experience to work in our very own Service Department that is located in Des Plaines, IL.
Candidates must have a thorough knowledge of the retail process and possess excellent customer service skills. The CSR performs duties in a team environment while retaining the ability to empower themselves to perform their specific job functions and make decisions that are in the best interests of the customer and the company. The CSR must be able to work with a personal computer and other business machines.
Job duties will include: Handling a large volume of calls and directly providing customer service for in-home repair requests, immediate customer complaints, and following-up with customer callsData entry work will be requiredCreate work tickets, research parts, close and bill work tickets, and follow up with warranty claim issues
Candidates must have:Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skillsPrevious call center experience, at least 2 yearsPrior experience in a fast paced environment a plus
Candidates must be able to work between the hours for shifts between 8:00 am and 7:30 pm Monday through Friday 40 hour work weeks. Some Saturdays will be required. This is a non-exempt position, so overtime may be required.
